These hanging baskets near the Carnegie Center for the Arts are among the flowers put in place in recent days by the Three Rivers Downtown Development Authority.

Thanks to activity in recent days, spearheaded by the Three Rivers Downtown Development Authority (DDA), there’s added color in the DDA district.

These photos illustrate the point – one taken on Portage Avenue, near the Carnegie Center for the Arts – the other near Uncle Rhemus’ Place at 618 South Main Street, in the business area traditionally known as “Lockport.”

You'll also find flowers at the south end of the DDA district.

Hats off to the DDA and associated volunteers for brightening our world!  (Click on photos to enlarge)
