(Cassopolis, MI) – At 4 a.m. Thursday (June 24th) more than 3900 Midwest Energy Cooperative customers, primarily in Cass and St. Joseph in southwest Michigan, are without power. There is significant damage to the system and three substation remains without transmission at this time. Crews have been working through the night and continue restoration efforts.
