If you’re hankering for a donut or some other sweet treat, then you’ll want to head for 1170 West Michigan Avenue in Three Rivers.

Arnim and Jill Hescott, owners of Hescott's Coffee & Donuts, now open at 1170 West Michigan Avenue in Three Rivers.

That’s where you’ll find Hescott’s Coffee & Donuts, owned and operated by Jill and Arnim Hescott.

The new business – located next door to El Camino Real restaurant and across the street from Rite Aid pharmacy – opened on October 9th.

During a recent interview with the River Country Journal – following a ribbon-cutting conducted by the Three Rivers Area Chamber of Commerce and its Ambassador Committee – Jill noted the lineup of items offered by the shop:  a wide variety of donuts, cinnamon rolls, long johns, cookies, specialty cakes, brownies, muffins, coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, pop and milk.  (Jill_Hescott audio clip – :22)

Arnim indicated that the Three Rivers location is an extension of the business they established three years ago at 118 South Centerville Road in Sturgis.  He said that baking for both is done at the Sturgis location.

The coffee and donuts business is new for Arnim, but Jill said she has been in it for over 15 years, off and on.

When asked about the new enterprise in Three Rivers, Jill said, “It’s going very well.  We’re very pleased with the response.  Everyone likes our donuts so they keep coming back.”

The hours of operation at Hescott’s Coffee & Donuts are Monday through Friday from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m.  The business is closed on Sunday.
