Charles Cleaver, former human services director in St. Joseph County, is Cass County’s new administrator.
Cleaver left St. Joseph County in 2008 for an administrative position in Saginaw County, but is headed back to Southwest Michigan for the job in Cassopolis.
He’s slated to begin work there March 14th.
