The Fabius Township Board began the budget-making process for the upcoming fiscal year during a special meeting Tuesday (January 17th).
The session – originally slated for Wednesday – was moved up a day because of a scheduling conflict.
In commenting on the budget session, Township Supervisor John Kroggel said, “The meeting was at a very macro level in terms of the budget – I wanted to make sure there wasn’t a desire for any major changes. All our major programs/expenditures will likely remain with some relatively minor adjustments.”
Fabius Township’s new fiscal year begins April 1st.
The next regular meeting of the Fabius Township Board is scheduled for February 8th.
