My Sunday evening reading on the Internet led me to TWO related articles in The Christian Science Monitor, both on the subject of “reinvention” and linked to the challenging economic times in which we live. As someone who is engaged in a bit of my own “reinvention” with the River Country Journal, I found both pieces quite interesting, stimulating and, frankly, helpful in terms of understanding this era and the twists and turns that it provides. Perhaps you will appreciate the articles as well.
The first piece – by John Yemma, Editor of The Christian Science Monitor, is short and includes a link to the second article, a longer piece by Laurent Belsie, Staff writer with the publication. Links to each appear below:
- Reinvention: The rewards of trying again
- The job-shifters: people who reinvent themselves mid-career
Enjoy!
