The planning commission will hold a public hearing that will be a “Continuation of a special exception use permit request from Three Rivers Metal Recyclers, LLC, and for site plan review regarding same for property located at 150016 West M-60, Three Rivers, Michigan 49093” – to quote from the legal notice about the public hearing.

The planning commission conducted public hearing activity on the requests on two other occasions late last year – November 21st and December 7th – but has not yet rendered a decision on the matter.  Each of the earlier sessions lasted for about 3-and-one-half hours.

Tuesday’s meeting and hearing will be held at the Fabius Township Hall on Broadway Road, beginning at 7 p.m.
