Covered Bridge Days Festival in Centreville Friday and Saturday

It’s time to celebrate in Centreville!

The community that serves as the county seat for St. Joseph County invites everyone to “Come celebrate the Langley Covered Bridge, the longest covered bridge in Michigan,” with a host of activities Friday and Saturday (June 22 and 23) during the Covered Bridge Days Festival.

Centreville Village Office

Friday’s lineup will be highlighted at 12 noon by the unveiling of a mural on the east side of the village office and a number of activities throughout the day, capped by fireworks at the St. Joseph County Grange Fairgrounds at 10 p.m.

Saturday’s calendar of events includes a Classic Car Show from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., an Antique Tractor Show from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Bounce House & Pop Toss for Kids from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., entertainment by Spike & the Bulldogs from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., presentation of the Citizen of the Year at 2:30 p.m., and a Parade at 3:30 p.m.
