Constantine Police Chief Jim Bedell is the new president of the Constantine Rotary Club.
Rotary is a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders that provide humanitarian services. Approximately 1.2 million Rotarians belong to more than 31,000 clubs located in 167 countries.
Constantine Rotary was established in 1955. It meets every Tuesday at 12:00 noon at Wesley Hall, which is located behind the United Methodist Church.
The latest Rotary business was the presentation of the Paul Harris award to Tom Myers. It is one of Rotary’s most prestigious awards. Paul Harris founded Rotary International in 1905.
