CENTREVILLE, MI – The St Joseph County Conservation District will be conducting its 5th river clean up this Saturday (August 11) at Nottawa Creek in Leonidas Township.
All interested volunteers should be at Fulton Road Bridge by 9:30 a.m. to be transported by 2 Valleys Shuttle Service to the put in location at Shorts Road Bridge.
The district plans on cleaning 3 miles of the Creek and should be finished at 2 p.m. Kayak/Canoe will be provided by Fawn River Canoe/Kayak. And a light meal will be provided through donations by Central Meat Market located in Sturgis.
