‘Christmas at the Bonine House’ will take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 14, 15 and 16 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Tour the historic home of James E. Bonine, noted abolitionist and stationmaster on the Underground Railroad, all dressed up for Christmas! The home is located at the corner of Penn Road and M-60 at Vandalia.
Members of the Underground Railroad Society of Cass County (URSCC) have ‘adopted’ rooms and transformed them into the holiday spirit. Santa and Mrs Claus will be there all weekend, so bring the entire family for what will become a lovely, Christmas tradition.
