Kim Adams has been identified as the Christmas Around Town ‘Festival of Trees’ winner.
In making the announcement, Doug Mitchell of UniQ Jewelry and the Downtown Merchants Group said, “Congrats to Kim Adams! She’s looking forward to using the $50 Downtown Dollars….she’s been making a list!”
