In a letter accompanying a certificate signed by Governor Rick Snyder, Tiffany Schooley, Administrative Assistant with the Michigan Economic Developers Association and MCBP Coordinator, said, “The State of Michigan Certified Business Parks offer quality, up-to-date facilities and a high standard of service that surpasses most business parks around the nation. By maintaining this level of excellence, the Michigan Economic Developers Association and the State of Michigan can promote Michigan businesses to potential developers and employers with ease.”
The renewed certification will expire on December 31, 2015.
The TRAIP is owned and operated by the City of Three Rivers. The Three Rivers Industrial Development Authority (TRIDA) serves as the Local Development Finance Authority (LDFA) for Tax Increment Financing used to facilitate development of the park.
