The City of Niles is contemplating a ban on the use of outdoor wood boilers within the city’s residential areas.
The Niles City Council is slated to consider the issue during a meeting Monday evening (January 28th).

In June of 2011, the Three Rivers City Commission approved an ordinance to prohibit outdoor solid fuel-fired furnaces.
