The Three Rivers Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is participating now in the Michigan Main Street program at the ‘Associate’ level and considering an application to move up to the ‘Select’ level. Meanwhile, another Southwest Michigan community – Otsego – is in the process of putting together such an application.
