Three Rivers police are investigating a ‘marijuana candy’ incident at Three Rivers High School.
According to a police department news release, a Three Rivers police officer was dispatched to the high school on Friday (January 25th) in reference to two students possessing suspected marijuana candy. The officer made contact with school administration who advised that an anonymous tip had been received. This tip alerted administrators to the fact that two students were in possession of marijuana-laced candy.
Police say investigation revealed that the students had purchased the candy from another student at the high school. It was also revealed that additional students from the high school were using this suspected marijuana candy.
