In celebration of Heart Health Month and Cardiac Rehabilitation Week, the dedicated cardiac rehab professionals at Three Rivers Health are presenting a ‘Heart Health Fair’ on Tuesday, February 11th.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at HealthTRAC on the Three Rivers Health campus.
The fair will include presentations, booths, health tips, and free heart-healthy snacks.
Presentations will be made on the following topics:
- Natural Approach for Health
- Heart Disease – What’s the Big Deal?
- Oral Health and Systemic Health Connection
- Heart Healthy Nutrition Tips
- What is a Stroke?
Free health screenings will be offered this year. The screen will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Walk-in availability for health screens is limited and interested persons are encouraged to schedule an appointment and time to guarantee availability.
