The Three Rivers City Commission will meet in regular session Tuesday evening (March 5).
Presentations of two proclamations related to the recent rescue of a man who fell through the ice on Pleasant Lake are slated at the outset of the meeting along with presentations of annual reports from the Three Rivers Downtown Development Authority and the Historic District Commission.
Business items on the agenda include the following:
- Setting special meeting dates for review of the 2014 budget
- Approving a resolution and authorizing publication of a notice of intent to finance the Mural Mall project and the potential purchase of a new fire pumper and street sweeper, not to exceed $900,000
- Authorizing a proposed Clean Water Plan improvements purchase order for additional work at a cost of $12,243
- Consideration of a change to the Historic District Ordinance, Chapter 27 of the City Code.
The meeting will get underway at 6 p.m. in the Commission Room at City Hall.
