Work to construct the US-131 bypass of Constantine continues to move forward after getting underway February 4.
Work continues along Riverside Drive, on the southwest side of Constantine, the location where a new, 870-bridge over the St. Joseph River will be constructed as part of the US-131 bypass of the village. (Click on photo to enlarge)
As evident by the accompanying photographs taken around midday Monday (March 4), the focal point of the effort at this point is along Riverside Drive, on the southwest side of the village. That’s where a new, 870-foot bridge over the St. Joseph River will be put in place as a key component of the $18 million project.
