57th annual Three Rivers Water Festival begins Thursday

The 57th annual Three Rivers Water Festival begins a three-day run Thursday (June 13).

The lineup includes the Lions Ox Roast, Woman’s Club Pie and Coffee Booth, St. John’s Lutheran Church Strawberry Fest, and the Ambassadors for Christ Barbecue.

The Carnival Midway, located in the West City Parking Lot, adjacent to Memory Isle Park and the Rocky River, will be open on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Click on photo to enlarge)

The Carnival Midway – located in the West City Parking Lot – will open at 4 p.m. and operate until 10 p.m.

A major highlight of the opening day is the parade that will get underway at 7 p.m.

The evening hours will also feature Bluegrass music by Deadwood in Memory Isle Park following the parade – from 8:15 to 9:30.
